Helpful Tip for "every!" and "every" Tasks : Todoist #

This is one I struggled with early on and it almost turned me off of Todoist before I figured it out. When explaining it to others, I use the following scenarios:

My recycling is picked up by the city every other week on Tuesday. I have a task to put out the recycling every other Monday.
Put Out Recycling every 14 days starting August 28
This will repeat every 14 days, even if I forget to check it off on a Monday and check if off the following day, the next instance will still repeat on Monday 2 weeks from now.

I need to mow my lawn about every 5 days during the summer. But, if it rains for a few days and I don't get to it until the 8th day, I don't want the next reminder popping up 2 days later--I want it 5 days after I actually completed the task.
Mow Lawn every! 5 days starting tomorrow
does exactly that.
